Stop : Kentucky, Interstate 64 east of the Morehead exit and west of Olive Hill

Facies: Cyclic patterns of tidal flat flazer bedded and burrowed laminae.
Ages: Represented by the Breathitt Formation just above the Mississippian Pennsylvanian boundary
